What the supply metrics mean

Count of currently active observed listings, not total surviving vehicle population.

Compares first-seen listing discoveries in the latest 30-day evidence window with the preceding 30 days. It is discovery velocity, not net inventory change.

Median interval between first_seen_at and last_seen_at for active listings. This is observed market duration, not a claimed time-to-sale.

Price evidence rules

Asking prices and verified realized sales remain separate, but are normalized into the model reporting currency when a dated ECB reference is available. Original amount, original currency and FX reference date remain attached to every evidence point. Special-case sales are excluded from comparable distribution statistics.

A listing disappearing from the observed market is not automatically classified as sold. SCC will only publish removal / sell-through metrics once repeated lifecycle observations support that state.
