1. Scope & acceptance
These Terms of Use apply to the Collectible website and public research services operated by Supercar Sharing AG. By accessing or using Collectible you agree to these terms. Separate contracts apply to services offered elsewhere by Supercar Sharing AG.
2. Information product — not advice
Collectible is provided for general information, research and educational purposes. Nothing on the site constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, insurance, valuation, purchase or sale advice, an offer, a solicitation, or a recommendation to acquire or dispose of a vehicle or any other asset.
Vehicle markets can be illiquid and volatile. Historic prices, asking prices, auction results, production scarcity and an SCI score do not guarantee future value, liquidity or performance. Users remain responsible for their own due diligence and professional advice.
3. Data, estimates & availability
Collectible combines manufacturer information, public records, editorial research, market listings, transaction data and third-party sources. We aim to distinguish verified facts, estimates and developing research, but data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, duplicated or subsequently corrected.
Market values, score outputs, ranges and outlooks are analytical estimates, not binding valuations or executable prices. Availability of individual pages, charts, sources or functions may change without notice.
4. SCI methodology
SCI and related indicators are proprietary analytical outputs. Their methodology, factor weights, minimum data thresholds and versioning may evolve as the dataset improves. A score is only published when the applicable data-quality gate is met. Data confidence is assessed separately from the score itself.
5. Intellectual property & permitted use
You may browse and cite reasonable extracts from Collectible for personal, journalistic or research purposes with appropriate reference to Collectible. You may not reproduce a substantial part of the database, systematically scrape or republish vehicle records, resell data, bypass technical access controls, misrepresent Collectible outputs, or use the service to train or populate a competing commercial database without written permission.

6. Trademarks & third-party rights
Manufacturer names, model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their descriptive use on Collectible does not imply endorsement. Images may also be subject to personality, property, design, trademark or other rights independent of copyright.
7. Third-party links & sources
Collectible links to external sources for transparency and attribution. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, subsequent changes or privacy practices.
8. Research accounts & paid access
A free Research Account may provide repeated Basic Calculator use, Saved cars, Garage, saved comparisons, research history and Collector Report exports. Access tiers may unlock additional research features. A tier or entitlement controls software access only and does not convert SCI research into certified valuation, investment advice or a guarantee of market value.
When a new user creates a free account directly from a Calculator result, Collectible may allow that user to generate the first Collector Report immediately before the secure email link has been confirmed. This initial convenience is limited; confirming the email link is required for continuing account access and future report exports. Collector Reports reproduce analytical research available at the time of calculation and remain subject to the same evidence, methodology and no-advice limitations as the on-screen result.
Until automated checkout is explicitly activated, an upgrade request is only a request for access and is not itself a purchase or payment instruction. Pricing, billing terms, renewal rules and cancellation rights for paid plans will be presented before a charge is taken.
9. Creator accounts & community submissions
Collectible may provide contributor accounts for photographers and automotive creators. Contributors must provide accurate profile information, keep access to their email account secure and submit only media they are entitled to contribute. Public creator names, biographies, links, credits and approved photographs may be displayed on Collectible.
All contributor submissions are subject to moderation. Collectible is not obliged to publish submitted media and may remove, hide or reclassify content where necessary. The licence and rights confirmation applicable to submitted photography are described in the Media & Licensing Policy.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, Supercar Sharing AG does not accept liability for decisions made in reliance on Collectible information, market losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, indirect or consequential loss, third-party data errors, temporary service interruption or changes in market conditions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes & suspension
We may update the service, methodology, these terms and individual policies as the product develops. Material updates are published on the relevant legal page with an updated date. We may restrict access where necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or legal compliance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer or other jurisdiction rules, the courts of Zürich, Switzerland have jurisdiction.
